Some photographs require hours of preparation, multiple attempts, and just one more change of lighting...

Not mine.

I understand that the best moments from a party or shoot are those that aren't planned. I endeavour to capture an event as it moves: group shots with those actually talking, laughter with those actually joking, and I create a sense of the event as you actually experienced it – only with those best bits you forgot thrown in.

On a promotional shoot I move around you, whilst not afraid to be definitive if I know what shot is needed. I've worked with musicians throughout my career, so I understand when to be close and when to stand back.
